    I have been eating here for the past years, and have never had problems until recently. We ordered online for pick-up and by time we picked it up and went home we found half of our order was missing. The same problem occurred with the person picking up their order in front of us. When we called the restaurant, we explained the problem to the waitress and she hung up on us unprompted. We drove back, and the waitress had an attitude when giving us the rest of our order, the chefs made the order wrong, and we didn't even get a discount for our trouble! I have been in the restaurant industry for years and know better than this. I would not suggest pickup from this location.

    This PLACE is GREAT.The PRICES are super REASONABLE after the mad inflation we have experienced, like their LUNCH SPECIALS are at about $.The STAFF has always been very PLEASANT and EFFICIENT, I never have to ask for a refill on my drink (other places sometimes I don't even get a refill).The FOOD is GREAT, AN EXCELLENT blend of HERBS SPICES that is very comforting, the texture is on point (not soggy or crusty or burnt) and the PRESENTATION looks BEAUTIFUL . This will definitely remain one of my FAVORITE PLACES to EAT in or order to go.To the STAFF at GIOVANNI'S, Keep up the GREAT WORK, you are APPRECIATED

    I've been a loyal customer of Giovanni's for years. Their signature pizza is the Chicken Alfredo. I've never been disappointed. Today, against my better judgment, I dug into a Chicken Alfredo pizza that didn't appear or taste like any Chicken Alfredo pizza I've had here before. It was covered in yellow cheese, very dry & toasty, and had almost zero Alfredo sauce in it. Somebody in this kitchen doesn't know how to prepare & cook a Chicken Alfredo pizza. It was the worst I've ever had. Fortunately, my server was very helpful & gracious and gave me a $ cash card towards a future purchase. I sense there needs to be some serious training of the kitchen staff on how to prepare & bake a Chicken Alfredo pizza, Giovanni-style.
